Thank you for choosing the Powder Room! We appreciate your business and support. Before coming in, please see our Covid Policy, Conditions of Service and note our Cancellation Policy.

  • As a courtesy to your esthetician, we firmly adhere to a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointed time can be charged 50% of the cost of the service. Repeatedly cancelled appointments are recorded and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

    If you are not satisfied with your services, please call us and we will do our best to make it right and address any concerns you may have. We ask that you call the salon within 7 days of your initial appointment to schedule a correction/cancellation. Thank you for your cooperation!

  • By scheduling an appoitment and receiving services at The Powder Room LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    I. Terms and Conditions – This contract outlines an agreement and includes all contractual obligations made between The Parkview Powder Room L.L.C. , hereinafter referred to as “Esthetician” and the client, hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the Purchaser and the Esthetician agrees as follows:

    a. Purchaser agrees to engage Esthetician to provide Facial Services and Waxing, Sugaring Services on the date and time agreed.

    b. Esthetician agrees to perform these Services for the Purchaser under the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Contract.

    c. In consideration of the mutual promises set forth in this Contract, it is agreed by and between Purchaser and Esthetician.

    II. Relationship of Parties – the Purchaser and Esthetician understand and agree that an independent contractor relationship will be created by this Contract. Purchaser is interested only in the results to be achieved, and the conduct and control of the work will lie solely with the Esthetician. The Esthetician is not to be considered an agent or employee of the Purchaser for any purpose.

    III. Esthetician Obligation to Purchaser

    a. Esthetician shall provide Services with time and care.

    b. Esthetician shall perform the Services promptly on the date and time agreed.

    c. Esthetician shall use their own products in the provision of the Services, unless otherwise agreed upon.

    d. If Esthetician is unable to perform agreed Services for any unforeseeable reason, or unavoidable situation, Esthetician agrees to arrange for an equally qualified Esthetician/Cosmetologist to complete the agreed upon Services for the same agreed upon terms of payment in accordance with the Services provision.

    e. Esthetician shall use appropriate sanitary practices, and only use professional cosmetic products that give high quality results.

    f. Estheticians will conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner to all recipients of Services given.

    g. Esthetician reserves the right to cancel/reschedule/reassign a Purchaser for any reason. Including but not limited to Previous Purchaser Behavior, repeated appointment cancellations initiated by the Purchaser, Estheticians own comfort and safety.

    IV. Purchaser’s Obligation to Esthetician

    a. Purchaser agrees to pay all rates and fees in accordance with the Payment provision.

    b. Purchaser agrees to provide notice in advance of any and all allergies or conditions in accordance with the Liabilities provision.

    c. Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Parkview Powder Room LLC.,Estheticians, and Assistants from any and all claims from allergic reactions, injuries, losses, damages, costs, claims, and actions that may occur to Purchaser or Attendants.

    d. Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmlessThe Parkview Powder Room LLC, Estheticians, and Assistants from any Errors or Omissions.

    This Contract represents all the Terms and Conditions agrees upon by the parties. No other understanding or representations, oral or otherwise, regarding the agreement shall bind any of the parties. This Contract may not be amended, except in writing, and signed by both parties. In any action or proceeding involved a dispute between the Purchaser and the Esthetician arising out of this Contract, the prevailing party will be entitled to receive from the losing party reasonable attorney’s fees.

  • To protect our guests and staff, we ask that you wear a mask in the salon if you choose to or are not feeling well. We appreciate your continued cooperation.

    1. If you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment until you are feeling better. Trust us, we totally understand.

    2. When you arrive for your appointment, please come alone and no more than 10 minutes early for your appointment.

    3. We thoroughly clean and disinfect our rooms and common areas following CDC guidelines in between all of our visitors. Thank you for your cooperation!
